Ready, Set…Deliver! is a single session class, taught by a licensed nurse that teaches you how to prepare for the labor and delivery process. It includes information on: the labor process, support during labor, pain management, preterm delivery, recognizing labor symptoms, and more. This class is for expectant parents. Support persons are welcome.
