Through That Chance Volunteer Opportunity …..

Jennifer Ankerson was offered the opportunity to voluteer at Nebraska Children’s Home Society’s signature event, Sand in the City, and she said yes even though she knew little about the Children’s Home or our mission.  Her newly wed husband, Jason joined her as a worker at the event.  That was 4 years ago.  Jennifer later described it as “fate” that they felt compelled to volunteer for NCHS.
